Where does the body begin and where does it end? What can a body do, and how much can it endure? Whether wounded or miraculous, sometimes the body sketches the boundaries of a playground with its skin, sometimes those of a battlefield. In "Miracle," Enis Maci unfolds a polyphonic work, a network of intense relationships and bodily rituals. How can a body become many?

Divided into three parts, this piece brings together voices from different eras, such as the porn star Sexy Cora, beauty influencers, the merciful dervish Hatixhe, Mother Teresa, and others. What unites them? All seek "fuel to approach the THING, to US, to the SELF." Fuel that moves their bodies. Or sinks them. "Miracle" is a search for clues about the body as a stage for power and obsessions.

A wild text with abysmal humor, featuring a multilingual cast. Playing with translation and the untranslatable, misunderstanding, and ambiguity are key in this production, and an essential artistic element in the design of the set by Viennese set designer Larissa Kramarek.

¿Dónde empieza y dónde acaba el cuerpo? ¿Qué puede hacer un cuerpo y cuánto puede soportar? Herida o milagro, a veces el cuerpo dibuja con su piel los límites de una zona de juego, a veces los de un campo de batalla. En Miracle, Enis Maci despliega una obra polifónica, una red de intensas relaciones y rituales corporales. ¿Cómo puede un cuerpo convertirse en muchos?

Dividida en tres partes esta pieza reúne voces de diversas épocas como la de la estrella del porno Sexy Cora, influencers de belleza, la misericordiosa derviche Hatixhe, la Madre Teresa y algunas más. ¿Qué las une? Todas buscan “combustible para acercarse a la COSA, a NOSOTROS, al YO”. Combustible que mueva sus cuerpos. O que los hunda. Miracle es una búsqueda de pistas sobre el cuerpo como escenario de poder y obsesiones.

Un texto salvaje y de humor abismal, con un reparto multilingüe. El juego con la traducción y con aquello intraducible, el malentendido y la ambigüedad, son claves en esta producción y un elemento artístico vital en el diseño del espacio de la escenógrafa vienesa Larissa Kramarek.
